A planetary cooking mixer combines heating and planetary wall-scraping agitation in one tilting bowl. The agitator spins on its own axis while revolving around the bowl, and scraper blades continuously sweep the entire inner surface — heat spreads evenly and the product never settles or scorches. Ideal for large-batch cooking of chili sauce / sambal, bean paste, tomato sauce, jam, braised meat, all kinds of fillings and central-kitchen sauces. When a batch is done, the bowl tilts hydraulically to discharge in seconds.
