Pure high-pressure water jet descaling — there is no blade, no drum and no brush inside this machine. Only water. The fish lies flat on the mesh belt, fans of water strike both flanks at once, the scales fall through into the tray below, and the fish leaves the far end with its skin unbroken. 40–60 fish a minute, replacing a whole row of hand scalers.

No blade, no drum, no brush. The only thing that touches the fish is water, so the skin is not torn and the body is not bruised. Yield and appearance both survive.
Two imported pumps of 5.5 kW each drive fans of water onto both flanks at the same time. No flipping, no second pass, no hand finishing afterwards.
Continuous output that scales with fish size. One machine does the work of a whole row of hand scalers.
A double-skin cabinet with double doors keeps scales and water inside the machine; open it up after the shift and hose the whole thing down.
Belt speed adjusts to fish size and throughput from the panel. An operator picks it up in ten minutes.
Every contact surface is food-grade 304 stainless. Castors let you move it; levelling feet hold it steady in place.

The whole process does one thing: it lets water take the scales off for you. The fish goes on at the infeed and comes off at the discharge, and nothing hard touches it in between.

The fish rides flat through the spray zone. Scales and water drop straight through the mesh into the tray below instead of building up on the belt.

One gauge per pump, so working pressure is readable at a glance and anything abnormal shows up immediately.

Descaled fish slide out on the chute; the curtain keeps the spray inside so the next station stays dry.

The water inlet is filtered to keep grit out of the nozzles and the pumps, which means fewer blocked nozzles and less downtime.

A blue PVC curtain seals the mist in at the infeed. The operator lays fish on outside the curtain, safe and dry.

A hopper under the machine collects scales and water in one place; hose it straight to the drain, no shovelling.

Pangasius, basa, catfish, eel and hairtail carry no scales for the jets to lift. Those species go straight to a filleting machine — descaling is a step they simply do not need.
Once frozen, the scales lock into stiff skin and water will not shift them. Descaling is the first station on the line, so the fish must be fresh or fully thawed.
At sardine or anchovy size, 90 bar will damage the body. This machine is built for medium and large scaled fish.
An operator lays the whole fish onto the infeed belt. The machine handles descaling and discharge; loading stays a manual step.
The biggest worry in cross-border sourcing is trust — we remove the risk with four guarantees
Before the balance, we send a live test-run video of your machine
Videos shot on the production floor in Zhucheng — real people, real machines, not studio ads
SGS / BV inspection arranged on request
Deposit to produce, balance after the test video — your funds stay safe
Tell us your species, your daily output and your plant voltage — we size the machine, quote it, and send you a filmed test run. Usually a reply within hours.
